It is advantage to paint and repaint your house with water resistance emulsions to avoid leakage from holes and corrosions.
Flooring; it is very indispensable to clean up your floor regularly for keeping them in good condition. You should always try to clean your floor in the way that it requires as for being different in types, each floor may need different kind of cleaning. As a rule you can use natural wood polish if you have a floor of wood, there is a variety of floor polishes available in the market according to different natures of floor. However for cleaning you floor in a general way, you may use anti bacterial liquid for avoid them from being damaged.
Plumbing system: you should try to check your plumbing system twice a week to make sure that all system is working very well and there isn’t any kind of leakage and corroded tubes. There are many people who complaints against their huge monthly water bills and claim that they are paying more even on the average consumption very month. After inspection, faults were found with their plumbing system; that’s why it is very imperative to check your water system inside your house. If you hit upon leaks or broken pipes, try to repair them by yourself using tapes, but if the problem continues, it is better to ask a plumber for repairing rather that paying a big bill as water charges.
